Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations and changes can be made via your account under your bookings.

A full refund is provided for cancellations made at least 31 days before departure. For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before departure, 90 percent will be refunded. For cancellations made between 15 and 3 days before departure, 50 percent will be refunded. No refund is given for cancellations made less than 3 days before departure.
